This puzzle uses an icosahedral projection and has the topology of a sphere. Meaning there are no edges, no north and south, and no fixed shape - the possibilities of discovery are endless!

There are also 16 unique pieces shaped like animals to connect into your puzzle. Animals like a kiwi, giraffe, elephant, kangaroo, and more.
The puzzle design is based on photographs from NASA's Earth Observatory and then transformed into an area-preserving icosahedral map projection.
Laser-cut in Palenville, New York and made from custom birch plywood, this puzzle will last a lifetime.
The puzzle contains 441 pieces and is approximately 52cm x 25cm in size when completed, a true work of art!
