While I cannot comment on the product itself, I can say that the ordering and delivery process was impeccable. My grandchildren who live in another state were the recipiants and I havent heard if they have started the crystal growing yet. They may be waiting until the next school holidays to have a go. They were very excited to receive a parcel in the mail addressed to them.
